Probably the worst customer service experience ever! and I mean EVER, the staff were rude and trying to go around the not done in 40 minutes policy.
Here is a in order of events list of what happened
5:33: ordered our food Two salads one garden, one Caesar with bacon ( large), 10 piece shrimp, 6 piece chicken strips
we sat and waited for our order, other customers had already come and left with their own orders
6:05 we decided to check on our order as we had nothing given to us yet
the employees didn't even know their was an order and began rushing to make our order
6:10 we are given two side salads we ordered regular salads so we had them redo it
6:15 we are handed the shrimp and chicken ( OVER THE 40 MINUTE MARK)
at 6:17 the rest of our order is finally given.
I request to talk to a manager because I know the 40 minute or it is free policy of pizza pizza
The staff ignore my request and continue to make other orders.
6:30 another staff member comes to see why we are waiting, I make a second request to speak to a manager and be refunded for our order
He refuses to come once again saying he is too busy, which I then became aggravated and told the employee I would wait as long as it takes because customer service should be their main objective and having customers wait to speak about an issue is unacceptable
6:35 the employee returns and says the manager would only refund us the salads, I said that was unacceptable as the entire order wasn't given to us until after the 40 minutes and we continued to wait for the manager, (I made my third request to talk to him)
Another customer comes in complaining about her own service at the same restaurant.
6:40 I threaten to talk to head office and complain about the issue I was having at that restaurant the employee FINALLY gives me a cash refund ( I paid debt and ask her if she could instead put it back on that to which she says she cannot)
She refuses to give me back my receipt so I could have a customer survey at the bottom, and I instead ask for the number for customer relations because I was unimpressed
Her words "why do you need to complain we gave you the refund..... we don't need a bad review"
My words, "I will be writing about this because its ridiculous, you can either give me the phone number or I can find it, "
She once again goes to the back and talks to the manager returning with a FAKE customer service number.
I am so unimpressed with this situation, I am a member of the media and write food reviews I am so angry with the service I received I am ready to write a review highlighting the horrible response and attitude of this establishment.
